The Education Administration is responsible for preschool, pedagogical care, leisure centers, preschool classes, primary schools, adapted primary schools, secondary schools, adapted secondary schools, municipal adult education, special education for adults, Swedish for immigrants (SFI), youth centers, and cultural schools.

Preschool and leisure activities are available at all seven F-6 schools, geographically spread throughout the municipality.

Altorpskolan, which is the only 7-9 school in the municipality, receives students from all our F-6 schools and is strategically located in central Herrljunga. The Knowledge Source, the municipality's secondary school, is also located in Herrljunga.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a system manager and business developer in digitalization, you play a central role in ensuring that our systems and digital tools are optimized for the needs of the organization. You act as the link between technology and operations and drive development initiatives that improve both processes and working methods.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Management and development of our digital systems and platforms
• Supporting and training the organization to use digital tools effectively
• Driving strategic digitalization initiatives and improvement projects
• Analyzing and identifying needs to optimize working methods and processes
• Ensuring that system support and digital solutions contribute to the organization's long-term goals

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with experience in system management and business development, focusing on digitalization. You have the ability to see the big picture, analyze needs, and translate them into practical solutions.

To succeed in this role, we believe you:

• Have experience working with business development and system management
• Have a good understanding of digital tools and system support
• Are communicative and enjoy collaborating with different functions
• Have a strategic mindset and are driven to improve and streamline working methods
• Have a relevant university degree in digitalization, project management, system science, or other education/experience deemed relevant by the employer.
